Yesterday I went to Hummingbird Eatery in Bandung because of recent publication from my friends. Looks like it’s the ‘it’-place right now in Bandung. Hummingbird’s design is cute, where you could find a giant bird nest outside for smoking room, and colonial wooden design on the inside.

They serve lots of food and its all listed on 3 different menu boards. I decided to order Arranchia Rossa tea. I imagine something fresh from this beverage and it turns out quite refreshing.

As a main course, I order this Dory Parmigiana with a tomato sauce and it listed as one of their special. I am really really disappointed because i expected something fresh and tangy from this tomato sauce, but this dish is unexpectedly too sweet. They also serve the salad with a vinaigrette, but I can’t taste ANYTHING. The french fries is about to cold, and Dory fish texture kinna reminds me of tofu. If I am blindfolded, i would say its a tofu. Anyway, this dish is a big time disappointment, and I don’t finish it.

My friend ordered this Baked Red Snapper fillet and this is waaaaayyy better than mine. I wanted to order a Chocolate Mousse Cake with ice cream on top, but I already lost my appetite. Cute place, not so great dish.
